MISSOURI TAX COMMISH PUTS JACKSON COUNTY ON NOTICE AND STARTS BY SETTING DEADLINES!!!

Here's the quote that stands out to us . . .

"To date, the Commission has reason to believe that you have no intention of complying with the Order as written. We base this statement on events including, but not limited to, public press conferences given by Jackson County officials, private communications from the Jackson County Counselor’s office characterizing our Order as unlawful, and Board of Equalization decisions issued after August 6, 2024, that have assessed subclass (1) real property at valuations more than 15% higher than the last assessments . . .
