Missouri Amendment 4 Stays Winning More Cash For KCPD

This one was A LOT CLOSER than we imagined given that there was virtually no campaigning on the NO side.

A quick look at the call from the New York Times .  . .

NYT: This measure would increase the minimum funding for the Kansas City police department, which is controlled by a board primarily appointed by the state of Missouri.

Agree or disagree, voters were forced to to endure all of the old "local control" grousing that KC progressive activists have been sharing for a couple of years.

However . . .

In the end . . . 

Missouri voters approved the funding bump.
