Meth Town Artsy District Confronts Tiny Home Controversy

Actually . . . The plans seem kinda neat despite some neighborhood opposition from locals clinging to a way of life that no longer exists.

Here's a peek at the debate that's really an argument over more people with purple hair scaring nearby seniors and working-class denizens . . .

Neighbors wore buttons in favor of the proposed Englewood Arts Overlay District and held up signs against the rezoning. The specialized arts district is already the only zoned of its kind in the area.

While community leaders say Englewood Arts and its colorful crosswalks have been a success attracting artists from around the world and boutique businesses, they say the surrounding neighborhood is blighted with empty lots.
