Public Works Continues to Fail (The Public)
It seems We, the People, have been given all sorts of rules regarding the new bins That KC Public Works director Michael Shaw seems to think are going to solve the City's trash problem. (Excuse me while a laugh for a couple of minutes.) If those rules aren't followed, your bin doesn't get emptied.
