Kansas City Royals Stadium At Washington Square Park: Dead On Arrival?!?

DESPITE DEVELOPER HYPE: IS THERE ANYBODY REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THIS IDEA & WILL TAXPAYERS APPROVE?!?

The plan is old and mostly seems like a publicity stunt for local firms given that THE ROYALS AREN'T PUBLICLY COMMENTING ON THE IDEA. 

In the meantime . . . Local news dutifully hypes the latest baseball marketing stunt:

Compared to the previous plans around the old KC Star Building, Highline Partners, 3-D Development, and BNIM Architects say their vision doesn’t disrupt any livelihoods.

“We already have control of a site that requires zero displacement of local businesses,” [The 3D designer] said. “The only demolition of a building would be one that is being vacated by Blue Cross and Blue Shield.”
