SHOULD DRIVERS PAY TICKETS ISSUED BY PRIVATE PARKING LOTS?!?
First off . . .
It's a shame that KCMO private parking lot tickets are "a thing" and we'd like to see politicos make themselves useful and forbid the practice without some kind of pre-existing agreement with customers . . . Or maybe TKC should just start issuing tickets for parking on the dance floor.
However . . . So far the answer from 12th & Oak regarding this quandary isn't very informative . . .
