Kansas City Homicides Hit #99 After 3 Deadly Shootings In 24 Hours

This week has been one of the bloodiest so far in 2024 as Mayor Q parties with the political elite at the Democratic National Convention and our local progressives leaders hope to project a level of "excitement" over the Harriz/Walz ticket rather than concern about the local economy or rising crime.

Either way . . . None of that helps the three locals gunned down during midweek.

A quick roundup . . .

- Last night at about 8:45 PM one person was killed in a shooting Wednesday night at Linwood Boulevard and Indiana Avenue

- Earlier in the afternoon on Wednesday, there was also a homicide about 4:20 p.m. after an argument between two people in the parking lot of a Walmart store at 8551 N. Boardwalk Ave.

- Remember, police responded to Wednesday morning homicide southeast of downtown Kansas City near East 19th Street and Troost Avenue.
