The top cowtown scribe on local faith & morals often denounces one brand of faith-based political activism for another yet seemingly clings to the mistaken idea that belief in a higher power should unite humanity . . . But only when progressive values are an integral part of worship.

Mr. Tammeus tend to sneak in his faith-based digs at the status quo rather than just coming out out and proclaiming his beliefs proudly. 

For instance . . . 

His conception of a current loathed trend -- Christian nationalism -- Might even apply to the equally controversial old-school idea of Manifest Destiny.
