Whilst some politicos and social media pundits are hoping the "lower crime stats" help persuade voters in the presidential election . . . Closer to home we realize that a statistical decline in crime states in KCMO doesn't REALLY tell the whole story.
Accordingly . . .
Amid a recent crime spike near the end of Summer . . . Here's a glimpse at locals working toward a solution before so much talk of progress has been erased . . . Check-it:
"Mayor Lucas said he and other city leaders met with KCPD this week to discuss several issues, including street racing and a string of break-ins that impacted local businesses from Brookside to the Crossroads."
