Super Dave: Prez Biden, SCOTUS & Term Limits

US President Joe Biden has unveiled a sweeping proposal to reform the Supreme Court, calling on lawmakers to establish term limits and form an ethics code "to restore trust and accountability" on its nine justices. To address these concerns, Mr. Biden has proposed ending lifetime appointments to the court.

Joe Biden served in the Senate for 36 years until his departure in 2009.

President Joe Biden, 81, has spent over half his life in politics. The career politician started small at a council level and made his way to the White House after 50 years of public service.

Yet Joe now wants to establish term limits on some after he has had a long time career in politics riding the gravy train. How about calling on lawmakers to establish term limits and form ethics codes for all those in Congress? If 18 years for SCOTUS justices is good then how about 16 year term limits with 4 year terms for those in Congress? Retirement for members of Congress then reverts to the same Social Security Retirement benefits as all Americans have to deal with.

If Biden wants to seek any sort of term limits then term limits should be establish for all.
Joe Biden wants legislation established against the SCOTUS that he is unwilling to see established against Congress where he passed the time for 36 years doing what?
