Savor Kansas City 'Woke' Brewery Scene

Long, long ago . . . 

Breweries were the last bastion of manly dudes and their slightly self-destructive beverage of choice. However, very recently Kansas City breweries have embraced DEI along with gay dudes so that we may all catch a buzz in peace and harmony . . . Which is to say that locals didn't learn much from the troubles endured by Bud Light

Actually . . .

The branding makes sense . . . Craft beer is pricey and only the middle-class have money to hang out and enjoy custom brew all day. 

After Blvd suffered a #MeToo crisis we noticed a regional effort to move away from the old school brewery model and companies making greater efforts to "diversify" the work force.

Just to reveal our bias . . . We're kind of intrigued by the new 18th & Vine brewery and spirit of entrepreneurship that it fosters.
