Old-School Kansas City Cerner Campus Disappoints But Doesn't Default

A recent threat against Oracle didn't amount to much.

However, we "liberated" this quote that offers a peek at how much the taxpayer funded campus FAILED TO LIVE UP TO EXPECTATIONS . . . Check-it:

"Cerner pledged 15,000 new jobs ahead of its TIF plan's 2013 approval, and 16,000 with revisions through 2018. A Bloomberg report in April found Oracle Health had 40% of that count, or 6,400 employees, designated in Missouri, where the Innovations Campus is its lone metro location."

Oracle Health has not defaulted on its Innovations Campus' redevelopment terms, the city's administrative Tax Increment Financing Commission confirmed in a recent report completed at the City Council's behest.
