WE SHARE THIS BLUE PARKWAY LATE NIGHT STREET TAKEOVER TO CAPTURE THE SCALE OF KANSAS CITY "SIDESHOWS" THAT WILL REQUIRE MORE THAN JUST A COUPLE OF SQUAD CARS TO DISPERSE!!!

Trouble is . . .

There's just not the kind of KCPD manpower to address this kind of late night street takeover when it reaches this pitch.

Listen closely to the clip . . . It sounds like the citizen journalist isn't too enthused and seemingly frustrated or just flabbergasted by the EPIC Kansas City sideshow crowd.
