"Gromowsky and Johnson mixed it up a bit. Johnson wants to take from COMBAT and fund a whole new court -- I believe for property crimes and DEI stuff. Gromowsky pointed out how the COMBAT isn't a slush fund and you can't just make up courts.

"I'm not confident in any of the 3 to be honest."
