Here's a glimpse at the loop turning into a dumping ground for grand theft auto . . .

"These are are all stolen cars sitting long Admiral and Cherry. They were reported weeks ago. Now they're becoming a go-to for parts theft. Downtown Kansas City is that bad.  A haven for crime."

 

Clearly, despite so much talk about a drop in crime and lower stats so far this year . . . There's still a lot of work to do and a new vision for life inside the loop might be required after downtown baseball stadium plans were rejected.
