U.S. Rep. Sharice Davids, the three-term Democrat in the 3rd District centered on Johnson County, won’t have an August primary opponent. In the November general election, she would face winner of a primary between Republicans Karen Crnkovich of Olathe and Prasanth Reddy of Lenexa.

Local, state level election races taking shape - News Radio KMAN

As the noon Monday deadline for candidates to file looms, the current roster of local candidates is starting to take shape. At the local level, incumbent Riley County commissioners Greg McKinley and Kathryn Focke are unopposed in the second and third districts. All other county level races feature incumbents who are running unopposed.
