Kansas City Mayor Q Political Future At Risk Amid Prez Biden FAIL

We've heard a lot of funny things about last night's presidential debate but Philly from the comments achieved peak "Kansas City Shuffle" in the comments with this excuse that is maybe the most intriguing defense we've seen so far: 

"He is old and obviously had a cold and his cold meds slowed him down -- especially at the first. Once his adrenaline kicked in, he got way better. Of course, it is always a problem to debate a professional TV huckster willing to spout lies and not answer questions. Let alone one with 'the morals of an alley cat.' "

That's good stuff and, of course garnered a great deal of well deserved clap back amid overwhelmingly negative review for President Biden.

Meanwhile . . .

Given that constant visits to D.C. along with a great deal of affinity expressed for the current administration . . . Mayor Q CLEARLY HAS A GREAT DEAL INVESTED IN THE PREZ BIDEN WHITE HOUSE . . .  

Accordingly . . . 

Kansas City's honcho took a more heartfelt approach . . . The basics of Mayor Q's debate reaction and a link: 

"@JoeBiden is building a country for our children’s future. American families rely on results over false bluster."

The public response to that message was scathing rebuke. 

And this got us thinking . . .

WITH DEMOCRATIC PARTY LEADERS IN OPEN REVOLT AGAINST THE PREZ & MAYOR Q'S POLITICAL FUTURE IS NOW IN JEOPARDY!!!

A few things to consider . . . 

- Yes, the Mayor was in talks to take over as HUD Secretary . . . That likely won't happen if Prez Biden is forced to retire.

- The Mayor losing his D.C. connections makes him WEAKER in Kansas City. He's coming close to lame duck territory and believe this will inspire more council challenges. 

- Bad news for most progressives . . . Given an array of Democratic Leadership . . . Don't expect KCMO to garner much federal support under the administration of Prez Trump. There might be some law enforcement assistance that could help our homicide rate . . . But not the kind of earmarked pork that local developers & politicos enjoy.
