U.S. District Judge Daniel Crabtree ruled Friday that Kansas and several other states don't have standing to sue over the Saving on a Valuable Education Plan.
"These plaintiffs simply have no skin in the game," Crabtree wrote.
Kansas among eight states dismissed from lawsuit
But the lawsuit will continue after Crabtree ruled that three other states "just barely" established standing.
