We're not going to share the name because the post is marked private but we screen-capped it and we're pretty sure the thoughtful council lady wanted us to share the note but keep her name out of the story.

We wanted to share a practical example of how our Missouri progressive leaders CLEARLY AREN'T SERIOUS about building REAL support within the community . . . Here's the word:

Message to the Missouri Democratic Party

Several weeks ago I implored Missouri Democratic Candidates and Elected Officials to attend JUNETEENTH Commemorations and Celebrations in their Communities throughout the state. I'm at the KCMO JUNETEENTH where there are thousands of potential VOTERS and some financial donors. Do I see a booth for the Missouri Democratic Party ... NOPE.  But the Republicans have a booth staffed by various State Representative and State Senate Candidates. When will Democrats learn not to take OUR VOTES for Granted 😢.
