There's not even the guise of objectivity or even recognition of controversy in a recent feature report on a leader of the local reparations movement.
Even worse, there's not much info . . .
Readers had to wade through about 2,500 words of a transcribed conversation in order to learn the KCMO is considering putting 510,000 BUCKS for slavery reparations into next year's budget.
Sure, the backstory on the lady's beautiful dashiki was interesting but maybe not critical for local voters & taxpayers.
