- We're honestly surprised by how few conservative pundits & scribes stood up for the main arguments of his speech beyond nobody keyboard warriors on X/Twitter, that's possibly a sign that GOP leadership understands playing "the bad guy" is fun on social media but RARELY translates to election victory in population centers.

- Overall this was a win for Butker if only because even the best kickers are kinda overlooked in football history and generating headlines across the nation sets him up for old man love (ewww) for years.

- As the international economy seems to be quickly transitioning past the dollar, celebrity is the only real currency that motivates many Americans.
