"H&R Block Inc. recently listed floors three through 10 of its office tower at 1301 Main St. through Colliers International. The eight floors total 243,848 square feet, or about 48.8% of the 500,000-square-foot building, and are offered for negotiable terms at $28 per square foot per year."
