"It's obvious. Just look at the video and the reports of a 'dispute' between to groups of people. It's a very low-key fact and MSM would rather focus on vigils or the politics of these events. The reality is simple: There are many people involved in that that preceded the shooting dispute who remain on Kansas City streets right now. That's a discussion I think we need to have and something that shouldn't cause fear or alarm but just informs people about the public safety crisis we're confronting here in Kansas City"
