Check this local effort to keep this dying old man indoors and then demanding jail time UNTIL/IF/WHEN/IF EVER there's a trial about accusations that span decades worth of convoluted history.

Here's the word . . .

"Under the Courts terms, the defendant was warned: 'You are restricted to your residence at all times except for employment; education; religious services; medical, substance abuse, or mental health treatment; attorney visits; court appearances; court-ordered obligations; or other activities approved in advance by the pretrial services office or supervising officer.'"

"The citizen, who was familiar with Golubski, spotted Golubski and another woman, into whose custody Golubski had been released, around noon on Jan. 23, 2024. The filing says the citizen started taking photos and videos.

"Once the pair noticed the citizen recording, they left the restaurant."
