"Mock me, ignore me, dismiss me, dislike me or wish I would go away, I remain the people's last great hope to defeat *The Great Manipulator*. Today, I file an Epic Reply Brief (16th Circuit Court, Case # 2316-cv-33813 (Pro se), Judge Kevin D. Harrell presiding) opposing Mayor Lucas & the City's "Motion for Change of Judge" & "Motion to Dismiss." My legal challenge stands up to an oppressive Government that has for so long suppressed political dissent & is now trying to game the legal system by cherry picking which judge will rule on my malicious arrest, prosecution and election interference lawsuit against "The Great Manipulator" - the Government of Kansas City, Missouri.


* When The Great Manipulator does not like a petition from the people, The Great Manipulator blocks the people from voting on it.
* When The Great Manipulator does not like the ballot language of a petition, The Great Manipulator distorts it.
* When The Great Manipulator does not like the result of a petition election, The Great Manipulator overturns it.
* When The Great Manipulator does not like a Judge, The Great Manipulator tries to remove that Judge.
* When The Great Manipulator does not like what a Citizen may say, The Great Manipulator stops that Citizen, arrests that Citizen and then prosecutes and tries to criminalize that Citizen.

I suggest the citizens of Kansas City pay attention to this Landmark Lawsuit, because if Citizen Clay does not defeat Goliath, then any (future) dissenting citizens, or their petitions, will not be safe against........... The Great Manipulator.
