
The latest press conference following a deadly mass shooting in Kansas City offered a few important details worthy of consideration.
Officials seemed to stress this fact:
There was "no connection to terrorism or homegrown violent extremism."

"Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves said a dispute shortly before 2 p.m. Wednesday between several people led to the shooting that erupted at the conclusion of the Chiefs Super Bowl rally at Union Station.
"Graves said several firearms had been recovered."
This statement from the top cop seems to provide the most information . . .
"Police Chief Stacey Graves updated Thursday that 23 people were injured in the shooting, a slight increase from Wednesday's injury total.
"The victims ranged in age from 8 to 47, and over half of them were under the age of 16, police said.
"On Wednesday, Children's Mercy said it had 12 patients, and 11 were children. Nine of those patients had gunshot wounds. All of them are expected to recover, and all but three have since been released."
