Court documents say the apartment was "uninhabitable due to very poor sanitary conditions."

"The social worker said it was horrible and they had no food and it was dirty, from the waist down there was markings and dirt on the wall," said Kelsey Grzib, who knew Grayson and would watch him at times.

She tried to sound the alarm to authorities about his living conditions.
