Show-Me Guns On Buses Redux?!?

Given recent violence at local bus stops . . . It's hard to argue against efforts to encourage self-defense.

Here's a peek at Missouri legislation reintroduced . . .

Rep. Adam Schnelting, R-St. Charles, said his bill is designed to reduce crime on public transportation.

“We all run into the potential, rather, where we have situations where we have to utilize self-defense,” Schnelting said. “We have an inherent God-given, a natural right to self-defense and our constitution doesn’t grant us that right, it merely recognizes it.”

One provision of his bill would allow concealed carry in places of worship, to which Rep. Keri Ingle, D-Lee’s Summit, said is an infringement of religious freedom.
