Help Craft Kansas City 2024 Resolutions

C'mon, man . . . 

We all know how this starts . . .

EVERY ELECTED OFFICIAL IN KCMO MUST DEDICATE THEMSELVES TO CURBING THIS COWTOWN'S DEADLY & RECORD-BREAKING VIOLENCE!!!

It's amazing how many politicos including Mayor Q have been silent on this fact of life simply because low-voter turnout hasn't engendered any negative consequences for these horrific numbers. 

Still . . . 

Anybody unwilling to make curbing KC murders their top priority is a coward unfit for elected office. 

KCMO deserves better. 

As for our bloggy end . . . 

We resolve to offer just a bit more to early morning readers . . . That might just mean one or two posts until we come back with our daily dozen and then some. 

We resolve to comment pre-approve more regulars and continue trying to perfect bloggy interactions. 

Most importantly . . . We resolve to maintain our commitment to snark, dumb jokes and satire even as 2024 threatens to get VERY SERIOUS.

TKC resolves to TRY and watch a lady's soccer match. 

Our blog community resolves to consider distributing t-shirts and joining the fray of on-call 12th & Oak "activist" crisis actors . . . We might call it "bloggers against higher taxes" or some such. 

Resolved: As a smart-ass Latino Westsider we can confidently declare that Kansas City slavery reparations should be CANCELLED if there's no exemption and/or discount for any local descendants of the U.S. bombing of Cambodia.

Still . . .
