Crown Center Ice Terrace Confronts Safety Questions After Mass Shooting

Rightfully so . . . Kansas City metro parents seem scared following gunfire in a popular winter destination for families.

Their main complaint is that there isn't much effort to satisfy valid concerns.

Amid advertisements for Ice Terrace reopening . . . Here's the response from a commenter attempting to allay her fears: 

"Crown Center needs to comment on the gun violence that occurred in the food court. The public deserves acknowledgment, and to hear next steps from you. I’ve regularly taken my kids to crown center for over a decade. You promote yourself as a place for family fun. Help families feel safe! Tell us what you are doing to prevent further violence."
