Scary local allegations and a common TKC blog community lament . . . Even without controversial politically charged federal designations, this tragic act of violence seems pretty hateful and worthy of proseuction in and of itself:
The indictment alleges that SUSPECT, armed with a knife with knuckles, approached the man on July 4, 2023.
Court documents state Tonkin hurled racial epithets and threats at J.M.R. before fatally stabbing him twice in the chest and abdomen.
The indictment asserts that the attack was motivated by the victim's race.
