This reporting from our friendly local hipsters fawns over a Kansas City politico and his single-minded dedication.
Here's a quote from a lovingly crafted post . . .
"Greg Razer, who grew up as a closeted gay in Cooter, Missouri, has been one of the lead voices in the Missouri Senate fighting for equal rights for transgender youth. As a lead advocate who can truly empathize with trans youth in the state, Razer has been at the forefront of the battle for obtaining equal opportunities for these individuals."
That's cool, I guess . . . Sadly, those of us who actually follow Missouri legislation understand that NONE OF STATE SEN. RAZER'S EFFORTS have been successful or turned into real world legislation.
Meanwhile . . .
NOTICE VERY LITTLE PROGRESS ON ANY OTHER ISSUES IMPACTING KANSAS CITY FROM THIS MISSOURI POLITICO!!!
For instance . . .
This year KMBC has done an EXCELLENT job reporting on KC trash covering local highways with very little help from MoDOT . . . This might be the kind a thing a Missouri leader representing KCMO might want to address in Jeff City.
However . . . State Sen. Razer seems to be spending most of his time debating health science on the Internets.
