That means any municipal action against this dude THREATENS to sanction a potential victim of a crime and worsen the attack against him.
In that sense . . . We're not going to revel in the deets on this blog and have to think that the jerk who disseminated the clip might not realize the very real consequences of their actions are subject to Kansas legislation signed into law back in 2016 . . . Here's the latest blast . . .
