Guess it must be that time of year . . .

Here's the only thing we know for sure . . . 

It's not gonna be Kiki . . . If only because she has a good gig and nobody but her relatives will vote for her.

However . . . That hasn't stopped the speculation and jockeying for position.

Our only insight . . . 

Much smarter people than TKC have been trying to predict this line of succession for years and NONE of them have been correct. 

Even  better . . . So many politicos have wrecked their career waiting for the Congressman to step down.

To be fair . . .

IT'S DOUBTFUL THE CONGRESSMAN IS GOING TO BE ABLE TO PICK HIS SUCCESSOR AS MUCH AS IT SEEMS THAT HE'D LIKE THAT!!!
