"Under the 2019 labor agreement with the UAW, the 6,900 hourly workers at Ford’s Kansas City Assembly Plant in Claycomo earn between $8.17 and $23.11 an hour, with an average pay of $19.65 an hour. The agreement would boost base pay by 25% over the next four years, adding another $10,218 per year to the average annual pay at the Ford plant, bringing it to $51,090."
