"Somehow, I'm a bit skeptical about $15-BILLION dollars just for KC.  Seems like an awful lot of money for just one little city.  And why weren't Reps. Cleaver, Graves and Alford given credit if, in fact, it was federal dollars.  All seems a little shady blown up press release to me..."

"The funding comes from a partnership with the U.S Department of Transportation that will help finance $15 billion for nine projects across the city. Mayor Quinton Lucas said with the growth the city has been seeing, these funds will allow Kansas City to juggle multiple big projects at a time."
