Kansas City 2023 Halloween Cosplay

It's our annual tradition to celebrate Halloween better than any other newsy outlet in Kansas City.

Rather than scare locals about candy from strangers that nobody really wants nowadays . . .

We throw a costume party.

This year we notice Mayor & Council dressed to the nines & pretending that they have a mandate despite their election in one of the LOWEST TURNOUT VOTE IN KANSAS CITY HISTORY . .

 

I guess that we're all still pretending that Travis Kelce & Taylor Swift are really a couple and not just the greatest publicity stunt ever devised by the Kansas City Chiefs & NFL . . .  Credit to Kegger Kelce for more interesting fashions than Taylor . . . Given that the pop diva is earning her keep by wearing discount Chiefs merch . . . 

Finally . . .

This cowtown will continue to pretend that we have a newspaper even if most of us get our info by way of mean tweets sent out by our favorite & always angry white dudes and/or activists attempting to drum up biz.

Another www.TonysKansasCity.com song selection for tonight . . . A classic . . . Only shared this year because Insta-reels recently reminded us that this actually isn't the "Monster Mash" nobody has ever heard it . . . It's just a tribute to a party . . .
