As gas prices prepare to spike again and COVID recovery hasn't really taken hold . . .It's safe to say that momentum turned the wrong way for development inside the loop.
Accordingly . . .
Here's a pep talk which imagines the return of office space glory when all other indicators signal the opposite . . . Check-it:
