TKC Reader: Kansas City Ferris Wheel Rides Far Too Pricey?!?

And so the big question for future fun times . . . 

IS THE KANSAS CITY FERRIS WHEEL ASKING TOO MUCH FROM BROKE-ASS LOCALS?!?

One of our favorite & most thoughtful readers shares a consideration . . .

"Rides for the KC Wheel will start at $17. That's $34 with a date and if riders have kids in tow, the costs could quickly rise over $50.

"That's too pricey  for Kansas City and the view isn't going to be worth visiting very often. Plus, these costs will make the new entertainment district one of the most expensive to date.

"They'll be begging the city for incentives shortly. Additionally, like most downtown attractions, their attendance numbers will tank after Christmas."

Sadly, there's not a lot of hope for economic success from out www.TonysKansasCity.com community. 

Then again . . . It's not like a Ferris wheel has proven effective as an economic engine for anything other than a funnel cake stand.
