Right now we wanted to share an interesting tidbit about the newly elected 6th District council dude who looks very happy in the fair use snippet of an engagement photo.
Johnathan Duncan is soon to marry fiancé Katie Carttar . . . She's the sister-in-law of Mayor Quinton Lucas . . . The sister of Mayor Q's wife, Katherine Carttar who is now working for some civic policy organization after a tense departure from an eco-devo gig in The Dotte.

Here's the thing . . .
Meanwhile . . .
Voters never learned about any of the council dude's ties to the Mayor's office until after the election. Strangely, that's a fun fact that was never included in so many "Hell Yeah!" endorsements from KC Tenants.
This begs the question . . .
IS THERE A CONFLICT WHEN MAYOR & COUNCIL DUDE ARE IN-LAWS?!?!
Don't worry . . . It's a question we raised back in July and nobody has yet to answer.
And so . . . Rather than sweat the future of local government.
We're rather help readers celebrate.
Thanks to THE MOST BAD-ASS TKC TIPSTERS we have a sneak peek at the upcoming happy nuptials:
THE WEDDING IS ON SATURDAY AND INSIDERS RECENTLY SENT US A PEEK AT THE ADORABLE ONLINE REGISTRY!!!
Update . . . We removed the link upon the council dude's request. Sadly, he didn't offer any other comment on the story.
A safe screenshot keepsake . . .

Sadly . . .
The invitation for TKC must've been lost in the mail but we're not mad about it.
In fact . . .
Searching for some change in the TKC couch in order find enough scratch and send the 8 Pack of Large Golden Stainless Steel Chip Bag Clips for only $11.99.
That's just a gift that keeps giving.
In the meantime, we celebrate the happy couple and even more sketchy and unspoken connections that dominate KCMO city hall politics.
Developing . . .
