Embattled KCK Auto Parts Manager Bonds Out Of Jail At $125K

We notice MSM going hard on this worker who is now confronting EPIC consequences for a  shoplifting conflict gone horribly, fatally wrong.

Meanwhile . . .

More legit complaints focus on severity of 2nd degree murder charges.

Sadly, . . . On the dark web & social media . . . Racially charged comment indulge in hatred and boring tropes BUT probably don't help make this guy's case.

Again . . .

The main LEGIT argument on behalf of this scored worker concerns the severity of charges he's confronting.

We hope to have more and obviously this topic is something for lawyers & courts to argue with greater skill and insight than we can muster.

For now . . . KC legal eagles sent us this passage for perspective about the very real difference betwixt 2nd degree murder charges vs. manslaughter allegations:

"A person committing second degree murder, while not premeditated, has full understanding of their actions and kills someone anyway. Manslaughter involves a circumstance that may cause a reasonable person to become emotionally disturbed or considered as a murder fueled by passion or impulse."

Manslaughter charges seem more appropriate to many TKC readers who are following this case given that deets, so far, can only confirm a fight that erupted quickly and created a horrible outcome.

Again . . . Moving away from racially charged BS . . .

THERE IS LEGIT BEEF ABOUT THE EXTENSIVE 2ND DEGREE MURDER CHARGES AGAINST THIS WORKER!!!

Again, for now, here's the latest chapter in the saga . . .

An O'Reilly Auto Parts employee charged with second-degree murder in the killing of 23-year-old Diamond Steen, of Kansas City, Missouri, left the Wyandotte County Detention Center after posting a $125,000 bond.

Carl Ryan Kemppainen, 39, is accused of unlawfully, unintentionally and recklessly killing Steen.
