Plebs are getting more proof that this is pretty much a company town and a very small group of people are making all of the big decisions about how the rest of us live.

What we can document . . . 

Store closings continue to hamper this retail district. 

The huge hole in the West end of the Plaza persists and there isn't an anchor tenant in sight. Heck, even Target is shutting down stores because of rampant crime.

And, again . . . Real estate insiders can sniff out connections to this town's favorite heiress making strategic plays for even more real estate glory.
