MORE TAX CASH FOR "TRANSIT" WILL LIKELY CONTINUE TO SERVE AS KANSAS CITY'S SLUSH FUND PIGGY BANK!!!
Here's a peek at the mileage that city hall plans to get out of this project by way of a recent quote from Mayor Q . . .
"Since the 2010 fiscal year, this tax has generated $366 million for transit. Our projection for the next 15 years is $598 million.
"I thank the committee for moving this important item forward, with language ensuring bus transit investments, and a contract with KCATA."
