Don't worry . . . Most people have no idea how this organization works either. 

To their credit . . . They attempt to explain . . . There is A LOT of taxpayer cash on the hook, not many checks and/or balances but people who start asking too many good questions risk getting dredged up near the River. 

Suffice it to say . . . 

They're flush with cash and now playing "Queen" of the cowtown development schemes that are HEAVY on boosting sketchy office space efforts despite a post-pandemic economy that seems to be moving away from traditional workplace settings.

Here's a peek at their EPIC slate packed with hopeful plans that will MOSTLY FAIL if KCMO development history is any indication . . .
