Independence, MO Mayor Rowland Appointed Campaign Donors To His Ethics Commish

Of course, everything is above board, perfectly legal and we're certain his heart is pure.

We're just doing a bit of follow-up.

Remember . . .

Mayor Rowland ran on a campaign to "clean up" meth town.

We hope he succeeds.

However . . .

Insiders sent www.TonysKansasCity.com a note recently that digs into the past and notes . . .

 The Independence, MO Mayor’s Advisory Commission on Ethics Reform . . . That includes two familiar faces . . . 

Check the MO Ethics website and not so long ago notice that one of the at-large ethics denizens gave the Mayor 75 bucks . . . Do you know what kind of wonderful access that can buy a dude on OnlyFans?!?!?

And . . . 

A former council member also sent an even more substantial (kinda) 250 bucks to Rowland not so long ago.

Again . . . 

There's nothing inherently wrong with these donations. 

However . . .

It seems that the "cleanup" promise DOES NOT include many new faces. And we're not sure exactly what is going to change in this part of town.
