KC Tenants Dispute Jackson County Property Tax Crisis Promises

This afternoon we offer an important question and follow-up . . .

WILL KC TENANTS TURN THE TIDE FOR BROKE-ASS LOCALS AMID WORSENING JACKSON COUNTY PROPERTY TAX HOT MESS?!?!?

Consider . . . They just proved victorious in recent council elections . . . Now the group seems to be re-energized &  restarting after a municipal win streak. 

Meanwhile, the courthouse doesn't seem scared . . . A recent statement released today . . . 

“What I want to say this morning is that the process is absolutely working,” Jackson County Asessor Gail McCann Beatty said.

In fairness, after we questioned the absence of these social justice crusaders, here's the word we reached back to document . . .

"KC Tenants issued a statement in solidarity with our neighbors and leaders in our base who are bank tenants (poor and working class mortgage holders) impacted by the inconsistent, unfair, and unreasonable Jackson County property assessments."
