We're still waiting for confirmation but we've documented two instances where tax questions & meetups planned have now been delayed indefinitely.

Property valuation saga continues, city of Independence possibly joining law suit against Jackson County
Today, the city of Independence will decide whether or not to join in the lawsuit against Jackson County, relating to the most recent property tax assessments.
Higher property assessments don't always mean higher taxes
School districts, cities, counties and other agencies which collect tax revenue typically set their rates in September.
Jackson County reassessment pushes up value of KC's biggest office buildings by more than 20% - Kansas City Business Journal
Even as offices have shed significant value nationwide, Jackson County found most of Kansas City's largest buildings had appreciated through its 2023 assessment. However, local experts said those numbers likely don't reflect the buildings' true value.
