Kansas City’s only queer street parade brass band – made up of close to 20 instrumentalists, tambourine players, and more – slowly made their way toward the Propaganda3/Bridge Park stage. The Big Freedia crowd followed and danced with them along the way, even including some dance moves from Mayor Quinton Lucas.
