As we've noted throughout this election . . .

ALL POLITICS IS NATIONAL AS CULTURE WAR INFECTS EVERY ASPECT OF AMERICAN LIFE!!!

Accordingly . . . Many local campaigners were surprised to see DNC resources emerge in cowtown non-partisan election. 

In fact . . . This week Kansas City garnered a peek at the future of tech campaigning . . .

And all this leads us to a curious entry in Mayor Q's campaign finance reporting . . . Here's the beneficiary of 3300 bucks in the 8-day report alone . . .

NGP VAN, Inc. is an American privately owned voter database and web hosting service provider used by the Democratic Party, Democratic campaigns, and other non-profit organizations authorized by the Democratic Party.

But more than that . . . Mayor Q hiring DNC operatives for a local election against Clay Chastain signals that 12th & Oak likely brought in NATIONAL TECH RESOURCES against any perceived opposition on the council.

Against Henry Rizzo & Dan Tarwater . . . A blitz of texts, e-mails and social media messaging proved effective in rallying activist voters.

Meanwhile . . . 

Given the low turnout numbers wherein the Mayor's contest didn't provide any excitement . . . Highly engaged progressive loyalists proved exceptionally motivated to support the Mayor's agenda.

Mayor Q now p0wnz two yes votes that aren't likely to challenge any directive from the 29th floor.

The downside . . .

When DNC talking points and the national progressive agenda power local candidates . . .Voters aren't going to have much luck talking to city hall about trash pickup, barking dogs, potholes or any neighborhood concerns that are typically aided by hollering at council members.
