Wrongfully convicted Kansas man to get $7.5 million payment
A Kansas man who spent 16 years in prison for a rape and murder he didn't commit will receive $7.5 million from the county where he was arrested and convicted of the crime.Jefferson County commissioners approved the settlement last week with Floyd Bledsoe, who was released from prison in 2015
Kansas City man found guilty in 2017 murder, among other charges
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Kansas City, Missouri man was found guilty Friday evening in the 2017 murder who shot and killed a 36-year-old woman inside a home. John A. Frazier was found guilty of murder and armed criminal action charges.

176th Entrant Officer Class Runs In Honor of Officer James Muhlbauer
They ran in honor of Officer Jim Muhlbauer, who was killed in the line of duty on Feb. 15. The run started at the police memorial in front of headquarters to Truman & Benton, the intersection where Muhlbauer's police vehicle was struck by a driver who sped at a high rate of speed through a red light.
